By accessing or using Virtual Designer AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Virtual Designer AI provides AI-powered virtual staging for real estate photography. Users upload images of empty or unfurnished rooms and receive AI-generated staged versions. The Service operates on a token-based system with optional subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Tokens and Payments

The Service uses a token system. Tokens can be obtained through subscription plans or one-time purchases. Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify token pricing and packages with reasonable notice. Failed generations will be refunded automatically.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated output images are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may not claim the AI-generated images were created without artificial intelligence assistance where disclosure is legally required.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; use automated tools to access the Service without permission; or misrepresent AI-generated images as real photographs in real estate listings where such disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law. Unused tokens are non-refundable upon voluntary account termination.
