Refund Policy

1. Token Purchases
Token packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
2. Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
3. Failed Generations
If an AI generation fails due to a system error, the tokens spent on that generation are automatically refunded to your account balance. You do not need to take any action — the refund happens instantly.
4. Quality Disputes
AI-generated images may vary in quality. While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee that every generation will meet your expectations. Tokens are not refunded for generations that complete successfully but produce results you find unsatisfactory. We recommend starting with a single generation to evaluate quality before processing images in bulk.
5. Payment Processing Errors
If you are charged but tokens are not credited to your account, contact us immediately. We will investigate and either credit the tokens or issue a full refund within 5 business days.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, transaction details, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
